Within 14 business days of purchasing vouchers from PrinterPix, customers have the option to cancel their purchase. However, if the voucher is used during this cancellation period, customers agree to receive the products/services and waive their right to cancel. For defective products received after redeeming the voucher, please contact customer support for assistance. If you purchased vouchers from Groupon or Wowchers, please contact them directly for cancellation.
